New Patients

How to Prepare

If you have any existing medical documentation you’d like us to review, please bring it in with you. These records may include X-ray, MRI or ultrasound reports. Be sure to take your insurance information with you to your appointment so that we can check your coverage. The necessary paperwork can be found on our website and filled out ahead of time.

Day One

You’ll meet with a member of our team for a full assessment and examination regarding your health concerns. If required, we will recommend you to have X-rays taken at a nearby facility.

Day Two

Dr. Sodhi will prescribe an individual care plan tailored to help you reach your health goals. You will receive your first treatment at this appointment.
