ALWC respects the privacy of users of its website. We do not distribute or sell your personal information to third parties for their marketing purposes unless you have given us permission to do so in the past. Any information that you give us is used only for the purpose of providing products and services that are relevant to your needs and interests. This statement provides notice of our privacy practices, including how we collect, manage and use your information.
You can visit our website without providing us with any personally identifiable information. In certain areas of our site, you may be required to provide contact information (e.g., name and email address) to access a particular service or feature. Depending on the specific services you choose, we will collect different types of personal information from you.
Log and Usage Data
This is information about your site use, including traffic, location, and other communication data that helps us better understand user behavior and improve our services. We collect this information using the tracking tools described above.
For example, if you sign up for an account on our website, we will ask for your name and email address so that we can complete your registration process; however, if you do not want us to collect your data and instead only use the public parts of our service (e.g., viewing our website), please do not sign up for an account or submit such information via our website.
We also collect some basic demographic data about visitors - such as gender and age - which helps us understand how many men versus women are using our services so that we can design better products in the future.
Location Data
We may also collect precise location data from you when you permit us to do so (for example, if you choose to enable GPS functionality on your device).
We use your information to provide you with the services you request.
We use your information to provide you with a customized experience, such as allowing you to save items in your shopping cart and make purchases from our site.
We use your information to communicate with you about our products, services, and promotions that may interest you.
We also may send promotional emails about new events or project updates. You can unsubscribe from these emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each email we send or by contacting us directly.
To post testimonials. We post testimonials on our website. We ask our customers to give us their permission to use their testimonials by completing the Customer Testimonials form in which they provide their name and email address. We also send a follow-up email asking them if they want to opt-in to be featured on our website.
Request feedback. We value your feedback, so we invite you to participate in surveys that we may use for research purposes or to improve our services.
To enable user-to-user communications. We offer third-party service links that allow you to share information with others via social media platforms such as Facebook and Twitter (e.g., Share this page).
Suppose you choose to use one of these services. In that case, Social Media Platforms may collect information about you, including your IP address and which page you visit on our site, through your browser settings or the sharing feature(s) of their service(s).
We will not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your personal information with third parties in limited circumstances, including;
Service providers who assist us in providing services to you (for example, payment processors and delivery companies)
Third parties who assist us in service delivery (for example, product manufacturers and credit card networks)
Third parties who provide customer support for the website. These include website maintenance providers and security companies. In such situations, we always need them to keep any personal details confidential that they get from us. They are also not allowed to use it for their purposes or pass it on to other people unless they have our permission; nor can they give access rights away if asked by anyone else without our consent.
We will not use your personal information without your consent unless we are permitted or required by law to do so. For example, we may need to share your personal information with third parties who assist us in providing services to you (such as delivery companies) or who provide services on our behalf (such as payment processors). In these situations, you will be notified at the time of collection with information about how they will use your data and their privacy policies.
In addition, we may sometimes be required by law to disclose personal information when government authorities or law enforcement bodies request. We also may need to disclose personal information to protect our legal rights or those of another person.
We may share your information with third parties who perform services on our behalf. For example, we may retain an accounting firm to assist us with our financial statements or a marketing agency to help us in reaching potential customers. In these cases, the third party will access the data you share with us only to execute specific tasks for us and under strict confidentiality obligations. We require that third parties agree to protect Personal Information in a manner consistent with this Privacy Policy when performing such work for us.
We may also share your data with third parties that assist us in providing our services or those that market our products or services to you (such as partners). You do not authorize these companies to use or disclose any data except as necessary to provide their services or perform their duties on our behalf.
We may share your personal data with third parties who provide cloud computing services to us, such as Google Cloud Platform. These third parties are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your personal data.
When you visit our website, we may collect certain information about your device, including your web browser, IP address, time zone setting, language preference, referring site, and operating system. This information is generally used for internal purposes, such as providing a better experience when you return to the site and helping us understand customer needs. It is also used for improving the functionality and performance of our website and service.
We use reasonable security measures to protect against the loss, misuse, and unauthorized access to your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or storage of data on servers can be guaranteed as completely secure.
We use cookies and tracking to improve your experience on the site. We also use cookies to keep track of your preferences, such as whether you've read an article or are logged in; these help us personalize the ads on our site. And we use them for security purposes, like keeping track of how many visitors there are at any given time, to ensure the site doesn't crash from being overloaded.
If you'd prefer not to consent to this, there's a box that allows you to opt out when you visit our website -- check "Do not allow sites to set cookies" and then click Accept & Close at the bottom of this message window.
We use Google Maps and APIs to provide location information and directions to our facilities/locations. We use the Google Maps API for several purposes, including helping people find our locations, providing driving directions to those locations, and providing directions that tell you how to get from one place to another (such as from your house to the nearest Walgreens or CVS), telling you how many miles it is from one place to another (such as from the nearest Walgreens or CVS back home) and more.
We take your privacy seriously and are committed to protecting your personal data. We will retain your data for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or to comply with applicable law. Suppose you have provided us with an email address and/or phone number so we can contact you about our products and services.
Still, you have not specifically opted-in to receive such communications from us (for example, via an online form). In that case, we will retain that information only until it is no longer needed for these purposes (e.g., if there is no longer a need for us to contact you).
We take your data's security very seriously and have implemented technical, organizational, and physical measures to protect it. These include:
Encryption of data in transit
Firewalls to limit access to our systems
Physical and technical security controls
Our dedicated security team monitors potential threats 24/7 across all our facilities globally. Our team is also responsible for implementing preventative measures such as patching software gaps as soon as they are identified by the developers who created them. We also test our systems regularly to identify vulnerabilities before hackers or cyber criminals can exploit them.
Our security policy includes appointing a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing compliance with GDPR requirements, including training staff on how to handle personal data securely when processing transactions or carrying out other activities related to running the business.
We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. We take steps to protect children by ensuring that our partners and we don't market to them, collect their data, or allow them to use our services if they are under 13 years old.
We require users over 13 to create a valid account before using our services, but we don't ask for any personal information when they sign up-we need an email address so we can send you an invite code if you join us!
You have the right to know how we collect and use your data. You can find out about the information we collect, why we need it, how long we keep it, who we share it with, and more.
You have the right to ask us not to process your data for marketing purposes. In some cases, you can also ask us to erase or restrict the processing of your data where you believe that our processing is unlawful (for example, if there is no legitimate reason for a third-party company - such as Google or Facebook - to be using their services). You can find out more about this in our Privacy Notice section below.
We allow Do Not Track (DNT) features. We do not use third-party cookies, including Pixels and Other Similar Technologies, on the website or through email communications. The only cookies used on the site are "first-party" cookies for those who have signed up for a Newsletter subscription - these are necessary to send emails containing your preferences, e-commerce shopping cart activities, and membership application status updates from your account page(s).
We do not use scripts or plugins from Social Media sites such as Facebook or Twitter; however, you may see social media buttons that link to those sites hosted on our website pages when someone has linked their accounts there with ours, which will then send them notifications about new content posted by us on their timelines once per day if they choose this option when signing up (or more often depending upon how many friends they follow).
Suppose someone chooses this option while registering an account with us. In that case, we may include them in any general mailing lists where appropriate during the registration process, but only if they opt-in before doing so - otherwise, we will never add them automatically without consent first being given! This is considered 'opt-in' rather than 'opt-out.'
California residents may have additional privacy rights under California Civil Code Section 1798.83. In particular, if you are a California resident, provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, register for a service, or otherwise participate in an interactive feature that we make available on our Services.
You agree to disclose your data as described in this Privacy Policy. Please refer to the California Attorney General's website for more information about how to exercise these rights: https://oag.ca.gov/privacy
If you are a California resident and would like to submit a request or complaint regarding using your data under California law, you can contact our Privacy Officer at [email protected]. You may also contact the California Department of Justice for more information about how to exercise these rights: https://oag.ca.gov/privacy
If we make any material changes to our privacy practices, we will update this Privacy Policy and post a notice on our site. The date the updated policy takes effect will be posted in the "Last Updated" section at the top of this page. We may also email you or send a notice by postal mail notifying you of such changes.

You can request to delete your account. If you want to stop using our products and services, you can ask us to delete your data by contacting us at suppport@alwc.io.
You can ask us to update or review the data we have collected about you. We will take reasonable steps to update or review the data we have collected about you to ensure that it is accurate and current, except where we are permitted not to do so under applicable law (for example: because continuing with further collection would be required by law).
You may also ask us where possible for other changes, such as stopping the collection of some types of personal information about you (unless otherwise required by law) or for changing how we process your data (for example: by requesting that we no longer send marketing communications at a later date).
Our goal is to be transparent about the data we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. This privacy policy is meant to help you make informed decisions about your data by explaining how LWCCA collects and uses your data in connection with its services.
