At our clinic, our Physiotherapist and/or Chiropractor can help reduce and eliminate your foot pain. This includes pain management with the use of therapeutic modalities, functional dry needling, hands on/manual therapy, joint/spinal mobilization, individualized exercise programs and much more! Soft tissue release is also very important for those who have foot pain, and depending on your condition, massage therapy may be recommended. In addition, if your foot pain is severe or you’re not improving as expected, our Chiropractor can refer you for an X-ray to assist with your prognosis.
A typical exercise program would consist of range of motion/stretching, strengthening, and balance exercises. However it is important to keep in mind that these exercises are individualized to your particular condition, needs and goals. When you see our Chiropractor or Physiotherapist, they will be able to create your exercise program tailoring your specific needs.
